Bianca Cruz Neves’s Group

Professor Bianca C. Neves graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Master in Microbiology from the University of São Paulo (1998) and PhD from Imperial College London – University of London (2003). She was a postdoctoral fellow for the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) at the Center for Molecular Microbiology and Infection (CMMI) at Imperial College London. She is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Institute of Chemistry, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She works in the areas of Molecular Microbiology, Biotechnology and Metabolic Engineering.
